Hi Room 115 Families!
I hope that you are off to a great start this week and had a wonderful weekend! Happy Mother's Day to all of you and I hope that you had a special day! It is hard to believe that we have been doing e learning for so long now and that there is just shy of a month left of school! I wanted to share a couple of things with you about birthday books and projects! 1. We have 6 birthday's left in class that we will be celebrating! These birthday's we will celebrate as close as we can to at least the same date. For example, Students birthday is July 16th, and we are going to be making his birthday book next so that we can still celebrate near/on the 16th! With that being said, please have your students create a birthday page for this student and please send it in on SeeSaw or send me a picture through email! Warning, there will be a week where your students will have to make three different birthday cards so that we can squeeze in and celebrate each student before the year is over! Thank you in advance for continuing to make our birthday traditions special for those students that we cannot celebrate in class! It means a lot to me and those students! 2. We are going to be doing a great project soon that we usually do in class. All year we have been collecting toilet paper rolls and paper towel rolls. I urge you to start saving these tubes now so that your students can use them for our inquiry project. Please start holding on to them in a bag or in a box for your student to use. It is a fun and creative project that will be a fun way for your students to use some hands on materials at home! Finally, I would like to thank you again. There are not enough words to continue to thank you for your partnership and help through this strange time! I appreciate you all taking the time to go through the work with your students, and figure out all the technology and strange tech issues. Thank you for your help and support! I hope that you have a great day and please let me know if there is anything else that I can do to help support you!
