Calm Classroom:
Our school district is starting a new initiative called Calm Classroom. The purpose of this program is to bring mindfulness and positive reflections into the classroom. We will be doing calm classroom two times a day. First thing in the morning to get us ready for the day and then after lunch to help reflect and have a fresh start to the afternoon. Our hope is to help continue to build a safe and positive classroom environment where students feel safe making mistakes and can learn positive ways to channel their emotions.
Communication:
The best way to let me know of information is through email: [email protected].
If your child has a change of plans in how they are going home in the middle of the day please call the office to let them know.
If your child is absent, please call the office at 1(224)337-5178

Clothing:
Please make sure that your student's sweatshirts, jackets, and winter gear are labeled in case of being misplaced. Your child will need a backpack, lunch bag and water bottle also labeled.
